Product update: Organize prep steps 📝

You can now choose how to organize prep ahead steps on your meal plans to match your unique method. There are two options: sort by recipe and sort by category (e.g. "Prep the veggies", "Pre-cook").

Sort by recipe

You can choose to sort prep ahead steps by recipe. In this case, they will be grouped by the recipe they belong to on your meal plans and PDF exports.

Sort by category

You can also choose to sort prep ahead steps by category. In this case, they will be grouped in to categories on your meal plans and PDF exports.

You can enter the prep ahead categories you want to use in your app in the settings page. You can also reorder them. This will determine how they are shown on the meal plan and PDF export.

Search by recipe tags 🔎

Also in this product update - the text search on your recipe catalog page will now search the recipe tags (as well as the recipe title and ingredients).

So, if you have a recipe tag like "breakfast" and the user starts typing "break", the breakfast recipes will show up.
